Be respectful and cooperative in the whole process. This includes the client/s and the Artist.
I have the right to decline a request when it violates the platform's TOS, morality, or when a client shows unprofessionalism.
Depending on the project's complexity, prices may vary, but most of the time I won’t charge you higher than base prices + add-ons unless needed.

Original Characters, yours or others, if you were given permission.
Fan art from games, anime, comics, TV shows, and any other media.
Ships/Couples, may it be fictional, Yumeships, or in real-life relationships.
Basic or slightly detailed Armor that may or may not be functional.
Animals, Furries, Scalies, Anthropomorphic, Kemonomimi, Kigurumi, etc.
Tasteful Spicy/NSFW Art

-⊹₊⟡⋆1.0 - PAYMENTS & REFUNDS⋆⟡₊⊹-
1.1 - All payments must be through Vgen if you wish to use PayPal.
1.2 - I accept Payments through GCash for fellow Filipinos. (Just DM me through my socials!)
1.3 - The refund price will depend on the time spent and the progress of the illustration. Once the product/artwork/asset has been delivered, you cannot request a refund.

-⊹₊⟡⋆2.0 - REVISIONS, DEADLINES ,AND DELIVERY⋆⟡₊⊹-
2.1 - Infinite revisions in the WIP (Initial Sketch/Lineart Phase/ Color changes), and 3 major revisions (During Shading/Rendering Phase)
2.2 - The initial sketch will be given within the week.
2.3 - The process may take about 3 weeks to 6+ months, depending on the difficulty of the illustration.
-⊹₊⟡⋆3.0 - USE⋆⟡₊⊹-
3.1 - The illustration can only be used by the respective client, those who received it as gifts, or for rigging/animation purposes.
3.2 - Commissioning me for works does not mean you own the art in its entirety. The client has only the license to use it at their discretion.
3.3 - Distribution/Reselling of my works without my knowledge is forbidden.
3.4 - For streams, monetized content, and advertisements, an additional 50% of the price is added. For merchandising, an additional 100% of the price is added.
3.5 - Using my art for NFTs is PROHIBITED.
3.6 - Please DO NOT drastically edit/vandalize the illustrations.
3.7 - DO NOT USE/FEED MY WORKS FOR AI TRAINING OR ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES GENERATIVE AI.
3.8 - If you want to do something with the art but are unsure if you can, contact me first.

-⊹₊⟡⋆4.0 - NO TO AI “ART”⋆⟡₊⊹-
4.1 - I will not accept your commission if you give me AI “Art” as a reference. You can instead use Microsoft Paint, paper, or A PIECE OF TOILET PAPER to even just draw a stickman of what you want, accompanied by different images like clothes, colors, and moodboards of what you want. That is why we have creatives in the field to help you bring your ideas to life.4.2 - I will not offer services where I would feed my own art to mass production, for I am not a corporation that needs to mass-produce products quickly. I am a proud artist who thrives with integrity, hard work, patience, and creativity. I suggest you find somewhere else to buy art from if you think you can persuade me to use generative AI.4.3 - It will only be slightly okay if the reference you found on Pinterest/Google happens to be AI and you want to use it only as a part of the moodboard, vibe, etc.4.4 - For transparency reasons, I do not trace or generate AI. I make use of 3D models and image/brush materials made by other artists within the asset store of Clip Studio Paint.
-⊹₊⟡⋆5.0 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS⋆⟡₊⊹-
5.1 - All rights reserved to the artist by default, I can use all commissioned works for posting, portfolio, advertisements, etc.
5.2 - I will post work in progress and finished projects during and after the delivery by default, unless specified not to post by the respective client.
5.3 - When using/posting on your socials, do give credit to the artist @13erryMaple
